All Credit Card and PayPal Payments are processed through PayPal to ensure privacy and security. PayPal is a secure form for your payment. Greatly accommodating, PayPal accepts all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners cards). It also allows for debit card and eCheque purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to use their payment service.

 

Returns & Exchanges

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your order, Mia Adora accepts the following forms returns and exchanges.  You must contact us first at (info@miaadora.com) within the sixty  (60) day return period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We offer a 60 Money Back Guarantee: This begins from the date that the order is delivered.  If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply email us and we will issue you a refund.

Shipping cost is not eligible for refund on items shipped internationally.

No refunds are provided after 60 day guarantee. Sale becomes final after the 60 day money back guarantee period expires from the date of delivered.

 

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Mia Adora will not be responsible for lost returns.  Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

 

When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the order has been returned.

 

What is the return period?

We will provide a full refund within thirty (30) days of the date that we received your returned order.
