Time blocking is all about organizing your day into specific time slots dedicated to specific tasks. By allocating blocks of time for work, self-care, and personal pursuits, you can create a balanced schedule that suits your lifestyle. Remember, consistency is key, so stick to your time blocks and watch your productivity soar!
Eisenhower Matrix 📊
The Eisenhower Matrix is a powerful tool for prioritizing tasks based on their urgency and importance. The matrix consists of four quadrants:
