Fat Burning Hot Chocolate
*1 Tbs Raw Unsweetened Cocoa
*10 Mia Adora Fat Burning & Hormone Balancing Drops
*Add Hot Water or Unsweetened Almond Milk
(optional to sweeten use calorie-free Monk fruit or Stevia)
Why it Works?
Cocoa is a nootropic that naturally boosts mental focus and energy, plus full of antioxidants without the sugars that regular hot chocolates and mocha syrups contain. Mia Adora Fat Burning Drops help balance out women's hormones, boost metabolism, and help with sugar cravings throughout the day. Be sure to not drink this at night or you will be wide awake.

*Brew one cup of black coffee
*Add 1 tbs coconut oil or MCT oil

Why it Works?
My morning must while I fast until about 11 am. Black coffee is full of antioxidants and metabolism-boosting properties. Drinking your coffee black essentially has no effect on blood sugar levels so you can drink it morning and remain in the fasted state if you are intermittent fasting (I fast 14 hr periods.) Replace the cream and sugar with coconut oil (marketed as MCT oil) to keep you full and naturally energize longer. As an added bonus, you can also add a few drops of Mia Adora's natural fat burning, hormonal balancing drops with adaptogens.

Why it Works?
Having some sort of greens juice when you can give your cells the nutrients they need, help support a healthy metabolism, and usually cut a sugar craving if you're having one. If you have time to juice naturally... you go, girl! But if you need something on the run like me, most days, grab an organic sugar-free greens powder, add water and go. My favorite is "Show Me The Greens" by KOS... super yummy and naturally energizing. KEY: make sure it tastes good while being sugar-free otherwise, you won't continue using it.

Why it Works?
Matcha green tea is another thing I drink multiple times a week because of its high dose of natural metabolism and energy-boosting properties compared to other teas. Also, full of anti-oxidants and helps with digesting meals like your sushi dinner. It actually supports overall gut health by acting as a prebiotic for healthy bacteria in your tummy....crazy right?! I like it after lunchtime to aid in digestion plus support my energy and metabolism for the afternoon.
5. Sparkling Water
*Club soda or any carbonated water
*(Optional: add a slice of lemon or cucumber for flavor)
Why it Works?
I drink a ton of sparkling and still water throughout the day. Sparkling water is a great alternative if you're used to drinking calorie and sugary sodas, juices, or alcoholic cocktails. It will leave you more satiated than regular water but without any calories like the sweet drinks, we tend to become addicted to it. Having a ton of water all day long will keep you feeling full longer, hydrated, and supports healthy metabolism and helps prevent unnecessary food cravings throughout the day. Extra bonus, drinking a ton of water will keep your skin looking plump and youthful.
6. Apple Cider Vinegar (with honey)

Why it Works?
Another staple for me because of its endless list of health benefits. But, what I have noticed the most beneficial (and is backed up by research) is it helps with digestion, balance blood sugar, and curbs unnecessary food cravings. Also, helps get rid of that mental fog you get after eating. I like to take 2 x a day either in liquid form or with the Mia Adora Fat Burning capsules that also contain ACV.
7. Adaptogen Green Tea
